A professional chef of twenty seven years, previously an actress and model, grandaughter of legendary actors Mickey Rooney & Martha Vickers, Dominique Rooney started her journey into a plant based lefestyle several years ago.
Dominique left the restaurant bizz but not before turning Sonoma Cider in Healdsburg, California into one of the first "Plant Based Option" Gastro Pub Menu's in Sonoma County, then went to work as Miyoko Shinner's Corporate Chef while developing a private Plant Based Meal Prep service.

By using sustainable, organics, biodynamics, locally sourced product, change would be inevitable. There is a sustainable way to teach, cook and eat animal products, by using less FACTORY FARMED animal products and sourcing local meats.
